Oracle Construction is committed to providing the owner with the input necessary to make informed decisions. Early in the process we work with the project designers to evaluate mechanical, electrical and structural systems including cost/benefit studies. We continue to support the owner in the design process by providing intermediate estimates and avoiding costly redesigns. As part of the development team, our goal is to provide clients with a quality project at the most efficient cost.
In the construction phase, our strong management skills keep the owner and his representatives involved in the process through progress meetings. As the project progresses, we monitor all design decisions with the owner’s consultants and strive to avoid potential problems or unnecessary changes.
We understand the owner’s financial obligations and the need to have tenants occupy as expeditiously as possible. As part of our pre-construction service we will provide “up front” construction schedules and make every effort to meet the project deadlines.
We are here for the long term. Upon completing the project, we continue to assist the owner and the management company with the necessary support to get the project up and running, including assistance with mechanical start-ups and service agreements.
